Stephanie Michele, Fashion Designer
Thriving on creativity and design, Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006 from Marymount University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design and a minor in Studio Arts. Throughout her college career she had the opportunity to create, construct and model her own fashions for Oscar De La Renta and Carolina Herrara. She even had the pleasure of Kay Unger personally review her senior portfolio. In 2004 Stephanie, with a few fellow designers, participated in a DC fashion show called "Tested". This group of designers produced over one hundred garments and raised over $2,000 benefiting AIDS through an auction of select items from the show.
As a freelance designer Stephanie has been commissioned for projects from wedding gowns to custom garments for independent films. Between her passion for design and finding herself constantly inspired, Stephanie is thrilled to be a part of Be Mom Couture and to have the responsibility of creating original artwork, as well as contributing to handbag designs. She is truly excited and looking forward to what is yet to come for this fabulous company!
